Whoa! Can you say PMS!!

OK , so remember how I said I was house-sitting and they had a pantry full of sweets and a freezer full of ice cream?? :evil:

Yeah, well I found a nice stash of it about 9:30pm last night... :(

Anyways... I logged it all and it wasn't too disatrous. Not great, but not disastrous. AND I stopped at alcohol! Good Wednesday Morning!!

The birds are singing, the fog is burning off and maybe, just maybe, the sun will come out today!! :D

I ran/walked my 3.5 miles this am. It feels like I am running more and walking less every day but my time is solidly the same. Oh well.

I am definitely walking the 5K this weekend. If my Mom wasn't walking it I would just limp through and run it. But since I have a walking buddy I will be smart about this.

It's killing me not to run 'full out' right no...

Good Tuesday Morning!!

I tip toed to the scale 2 days early for weigh-in... I wanted to see how I did after eating more than usual from marathon weekend. Not too bad! Up 2 pounds but I was anticipating much worse. I am feeling 'in the groove' now. Training for a long race for me makes consistent weight loss difficult. I get somewhat leaner but I still need to drop 10-15 pounds to wear the majority of my summer stuff. When you are running 50-60 miles a week you have to feed well. I just go ...

Good Morning All!! :hi:

Despite the hubby ordering pizza on Saturday AND Sunday I did very well.
I struggled through 2 miles of running on the knee Sunday morning and felt marginally better this morning. I ran/walked 3.5 this morning.

It is very scary not to be able to do whatever you want to physically. It gives me more respect for the elderly and physically impaired.

Back to work. Feeling like I am back on schedule. Took me an entire week to get that worked out! :)
