View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day

OK. so i stayed off the scale all week hoping to get back to a reasonable starting point for my new direction till this am.

I was 2 pounds over where I thought was the highest I could handle. Not feeling so good today.

So I have the day logged out and I have 4 green checks. That's only the 2nd time ever! I would say 90% of the time I undereat 100-200 calories a day.

I just can't seem to make myself eat all my calories for the day. So here we go again... Eat back up to net and see what happens no matter what!!

I am near tears today. I did so well on WW a couple years ago. But I had more time in the gym then too. I just crumble when the scale goes up at all.

I think I am also tired and I have to do my walking at lunch today because I slept till 5:22 today and didn't have time to run. I did some crunches and weights but felt defeated for oversleeping.

I can't run at lunch, only walk because I have an office job and I would be a sweaty mess in this 85 degree heat. :)

Summer is only just beginning, I should count my blessings that it isn't August yet! :$

I forgot to pack my extra frozen veggies for my Smart Ones at lunch.

What a day already and it's only 8:30am. :(
