Another week, another dollar...Ok, maybe more than a dollar. :)

With the weekend job on top of my day job I haven't had a day off from work in a month. How did I get myself into this mess? :@

So I made one mistake on the no sugar challenge last night at about midnight. Hmm. Crap. Not out of control but crap.

Even then, I have been well within my calories and worked my a$$ off with running and yard work all weekend. I snuck a hop on the scale this am and was devastated! What am I doing wrong?!
When I was on WW years before I just stuck to my points range, exercised and it slowly came off. Slowly, yes, but the scale never went up like this. :(

I'm just going to stick to it and see how it goes at my official weigh-in on Friday before I completely melt down.

On a better note... great, quick run this morning, walking lunges up the driveway and 100 crunches.... 24 oz of water in.
Food totals are a high in fat today and carbs (blasted birthday cake) but I can't change that now.

Need to get lunches for this week cooked up tonight.
