View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day

Ummm... Let's not talk about yesterday... If you really want to see the damage it is out there to see. I will add that I just entered the highest looking calorie choices for the nachos and cheeseburger because we were at Damon's and I have never been able to find their nutritional info. anywhere...

The only good thing is that to soften the blow the DH and I ordered chili nachos and a bacon cheeseburger and split everything. He ate all the fries for me :)

I would say that two 20 oz. Bud Lights weren't necessary but they did taste oh so good and I haven't drank in months... I already know that if I had not eated that piece of birthday cake at work all of this never would have happened but , uh, hang on...let me throw myself back up on the horse today...

The only good thing is that with all those energy giving carbs in my system I cut 3 minutes off my regular running route this am =D
ha ha ha ha...

Got 60 walking lunges in, ran 3.5 miles... no upper body weights... had a cup of coffee with the DH on the patio at 6am before he left for work so workout was cut a little short... obviously worth skipping 'arms' today...

So trying to cut back a little on the snacks today and stay well under net. Maybe a bad idea but I'm not super hungry so that's the plan.

It is going to be a beautiful week... Need to get birdseed, the feeder outside my window at work is empty.
