View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day
Um.. so yesterday didn't go too well... Yes, I did say to myself, start cramming, this is your last chance, and yes, I did start stuffing my face, which led to an entire conversation in my head this morning about stopping at Starbucks and trying that new banana choc chip cake,,, etc etc.
Then I got on the scale.
I thought, LISTEN, the day is just starting, you still have a chance here, you actually did get up and run 3.5 miles, did 100 crunches and 60 walking lunges...and guzzled 32 oz of H2O--- WHAT are you thinking?!?!
So here I am , sipping my McD's coffee, drinking more H2O and calming down.
We are having company over to grill out and I am looking forward to that. I am going to have a glass of wine and some grilled chicken and veggies and a big salad...
I have to work both days this weekend at the garden center but hopefully not past 3pm. I go in at 7am to water before we are open. I haven't actually had a day off of work in over a month now. BLECH!
Father's Day is approaching and I have a card and no gift. What to do?
One of the brother's had a girlfriend grad from HS... card and cash for that one
I am so very tired.....

I would like to take a nap Sat or Sun afternoon... Like that's gonna happen....
