REALLY BAD WEEKEND!! Not even going to 'go there'. So here we are, new week, renewed commitment, great weather!! Yahoo!!
It will be okay. This weekend I looked back at fall 2005 food diaries when I finally got all of winter 2004 weight off to see how I did it and hmmmm....
Less calories for sure. I know some of you can lose at 1400 net but not me. It does surprise me that even with my decent workout habits and size my metabolism must not be that fast. I really need to get one of those tests done that measures the amount of ebergy you burn in a resting state.
So, to lose anything by our anniversary (Aug 20) I am going to have to stay moving around more at the office and drink at least 80 oz of water to keep from binging.... Damn!
Otherwise, the weekend was OK... still working too much on the weekends... I am babysitting my 4 youngest brothers this coming weekend so I told her I could not work as many hours. I hope she remembers not to schedule me all day Sat and Sun. I am looking forward to hangin' with the boys at the pool and maybe grabbing a matinee. I think they want to see Jack Black's new movie 'Nacho Libre' which does look pretty damn funny..
What's with the potty mouth this morning?!
Normally I am a little more motivated by Monday... I think I am just T.I.R.E.D.
Maybe an early bed time would be a good idea. I had to skip my morning run which gets me more energized too, because I had to be at work an hour earlier to set up for a board of directors meeting. ARGH.
