I can't believe it!!
4 days of being good!! My mini- goal is to get to Monday without screwing up which will be a total of 7 days in a row!!
I am actually really excited about losing weight right at this moment!! Despite the fact that the scale went up 2 pounds this morning from yesterday... I
know that I have done my part for a change so I am going to stick to it.
Had a soy latte with my girl Em yesterday and we gave eachother a great pep talk for CK! We have lost weight together before and we are both at the same place in our journeys again (disgusted with ourselves!!

)
I let myself sleep another hour this morning till 5:20 (MUCH needed) so I had to cut my morning jog to 3 miles and skip the walking lunges... But I still
ran and did 100 crunches. I am leaving work at noon to take the boys to a matinee and then if it isn't raining we are going to the pool so I plan on getting in and doing some water activity!!
Thanks to Sherbet's challenge I feel so much more accountable to someone and I want to thank you 3 lovelys for putting up with me

So.... I'm OFF to another fabulous day and I will chat at you all later!!
