Good Tuesday Morning!!

As usual I rounded out my 'not the greatest Sat and Sun' with a really bad Mon, topped off with pizza for dinner.... and 2 light Mike's hard lemonades.
On a positive note I cleaned the basement like a madwoman last night in a last ditch effort to keep my sanity and it did help....

Had lunch at Cosi's with Mom yesterday. We had a great time (as usual) but splitting the choc chunk cookie is what sent me into a spiral... Finished off the bag of dark choc hershy's kisses in my desk ( that I had so successfully been doling out 2 each day from all last week) They were dark chocolate. :$

The pizza was cracker crust and oh so good.... I didn't eat myself sick (that's a start!) So all in all, when I would normally be beating myself up over all this I am trying to learn to recover faster and just get back on the plan ASAP!!

I got up at 4:30, ran 5.5 miles, did 60 walking lunges, 100 crunches... 10 push-ups (new goal/project to do 50 pushups at once by Sep 1!)

It is a beautiful day!! Need to devise a master plan to get through this coming weekend.... Tonight: dinner with girlfriend, Sat: cocktail hour with hubby's friends (20 HS reunion weekend) Sun: family picnic/ Mon: party at friends house 5:30pm... reunion dinner at 7pm/ Tuesday: parade, grill out at my parents, cook out at other friends and pool party and fireworks...

YIKES!! :bang:
My new Fitness Mag came yesterday! Always a source of inspiration... I think I need to cut pictures out of this issue and plaster them everywhere!!

-bell pepper

...623 miles ran (goal= 1,000)...
...7800 crunches... in 2006!!
