View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day
Weigh in today... Up 1 pound. Actually considering my 'less than stellar' performance last weekend I am perfectly OK with that. Actually I'm pretty happy. I plan on breaking through this weekend with flying colors and breaking 150 by next weekend!
Got up this morning at 4:30 with the hubby and told him I'd be down in 10 minutes....

At 4:55 my cell phone rang next to my head and the hubby was calling me from the kitchen phone downstairs to wake me up

.
So I got a few minutes extra sleep and still got to work just in time! Ran my 5.5 miles... I felt like I was running in quicksand but I didn't go as slow as I thought. I always get worn down by Friday. Plan is to run a short 3.5 miler tomorrow and 8 miles on Sunday. Monday off maybe....
I did my cheater pushups with my hands on the deck stair. They are getting better... maybe I will be off the stairs in a week or so! Did my 100 crunches and 60 walking lunges. ( I have tried many time to do different things on different days but when I am doing exercise at home I am so set into a routine

) Maybe when the new gym opens closeby I can change it up a little... Spinning classes and more weight training would be great!
It's casual Friday so I am wearing a new Adidas sleeveless golf shirt (white w/ black trim) and my fave black capris from New York & Co. I don't know why I mention it except that I feel pretty cute
I'm an earring freak (the bigger and shinier, the better) and I didn't find the pair I really wanted right away this morning... the only let down in my coiture today... Boring earrings.
My Mom put a full set of acrylic nails on me last night as her first test victim ( she is in nail school) They look great! I am so proud of her and I think she was pretty pleased.
I doubt I'll be checking in too much this weekend... Our DSL at home has really been acting up but if I have a connection when I get a minute I will drop a blog in...
Thanks to all for your help and support!

Hugs, RM
639.5 miles run... (*goal 1,000 miles)...
