I can't believe it!!
4 days of being good!! My mini- goal is to get to Monday without screwing up which will be a total of 7 days in a row!!

Doing Better! I've been on track all week and here is my chance to
bust through a weekend!!
Funny story from my morning jog... I primarily run on the street. There are sidewalks but they are rough and I have tripped before, not to mention that jumping curbs at crosswalks wreaks havok on my left knee...

I truly must be the slowest individual on the planet.
It's only taken me a couple of years to be completely honest and admit that the mornings I don't exercise there is a 99% chance that I am going to blow the day in every possible way... I am sluggish, tired, crave sugar and low quality carbs, drink too much coffee....
So today I dragged myself out of bed at 4:45am, ran 5.5 miles (in 50 minutes!!

) and have drank 64 oz of water, feel great and satisfied at 2:30 pm and I have dinner ...

REALLY BAD WEEKEND!! Not even going to 'go there'. So here we are, new week, renewed commitment, great weather!! Yahoo!!
It will be okay. This weekend I looked back at fall 2005 food diaries when I finally got all of winter 2004 weight off to see how I did it and hmmmm....
Less calories for sure. I know some of you can lose at 1400 net but not me. It does surprise me that even with my decent workout habits and size my metabolism must not be that fast. I really need to get one of those ...
