Good grief, it's been crazy as heck already!!
Only have time for a quick check in and then I gotta run....
Up one pound from the weekend holiday... Just motivation, my friend!!
When my check-in asked what my motivation level was I had to say it... HIGH!!
Up at 4:35... ran 5 mi....60 walking lunges.... 20 pushups (cheaters)...100 crunches (feelin' those baby!!

)...gotta catch up on H2O!!
Stickin' to the plan! Doing a landscape job for a friend this weekend...Lots of moving soil and digging holes so lots of exercise!
