ACK! When I got up to run this am at 5 it was already 72 degrees!! Good run though... I took the time to map a good trip through the neighborhood that we are house/dog sitting in.... I

the USTF web site !! That sattelite mapping thing saves me alot of time...
I had the evening planned to enjoy a big bag of 'smart pop' and a diet coke but the DH wanted steak and salad so I made a big salad with avacado and olives and blue cheese... YUMMY! Went a bit over in calories but my week's averages are still way in check so it will be okay.
Today is easy to stick to because I have Bible Study tonight and evenings at home are my worst problem. I will drive on over to see the girls and then be home just in time to climb into beddy bye.. MY bed for the first night since last Thursday
Got to get over to see Momma this week... poor thing seems a little down and I am just too busy to get over there.
So decent run in--- 100 crunches and good food decisions for being in a 'makeshift' situation!!
