Got up at 4:45 Ack!

Ran 6.5 miles in 56 min!!

Did 60 walking lunges w/ 5 # weights

Did 100 crunches w/ arms extended holding 5#

Ready for nappy time
All in all decent weekend... over-ate on Sunday but that is certainly better than Sat
& Sun!!
Working today.... washing the outside of the house tonight (vinyl siding) b/c the MIL requested it be done this week and tonight is the ONLY evening I don't have something planned.... So...
- work today
- run to Mom's at lunch
- off at 5pm, run an errand
- go to Lowe's
- sneak in a 'tan'

- scrub the house!!
- go to bed!!
That all sound simple enough.. This weeks' schedule includes meeting a good friend's new beau, helping a friend with a special needs child's b-day/pool party, Bible study and a 5K on Friday night.... Oh, and then there is the big family reunion on Saturday that is 3.5 hours away. ahhhh. summer. gotta love it!
Other fun highlights include lunch w/ Emily on Thursday, lunch with my Mom on Friday and trying to register for the 5K BEFORE race day!
Whoo! Glad I got all my real exercise in before work! Love and hugs!
