Um... stayed out too late

ate too much pizza

ate ice cream

didn't get up to run

ate chocolate for breakfast

WTF!?
That's pretty much it in a nutshell. I'm embarrassed to record it all and even more upset that I didn't just go to bed last night, call it a day and get up today and start all over again.... Instead I continued the cycle of stupidity....
Anyways, it's only 9 in the morning and I have the rest of the day to recover and drink water!!
I could look at it in the only positive angle... I'm semi carb loading for a 5K tomorrow

yeah, right. I think carb loading for a 5K requires one packet of GU at race start. I haven't done this bad in at least a month.
It's my own damn fault and I am embarrased to even record all the crap but there it is in black and white for my peers to see.
Thanks for listening. I wish I could cry on your shoulder. Wait a minute... at least the calender says I am supposed to start TOM tomorrow.... there's a 'shocker'!
