Thank God! The Hubby and I had a chat last night about how I need his help again to get 'in gear'
This morning at 5am he nudged me and said ...
"Babe, you need to get up... remember you wanted to run..
"no,no.... I just wanted you to tell me when not to eat something...."
"Honey, you'll be upset if you don't get up and run..."
"I know, I know... I'm up! Race you to the bathroom!!
He is THE BEST!

I just seem so tired for some reason.. my legs feel heavy when I run... Maybe just a little run down. I am glad that I got up and

trotted out 3.5 miles...

60 walking lunges with weights..

100 crunches...

3 sets of curls, flys and shoulders...

24 oz of water down.
Getting back on track! My pants were a little snug this am. which means the family reunion really messed me up.

I only have 27 days to our first anniversary and I
HAVE to lose this! I can't believe I was 14 pounds thinner than this a year ago. What a retard!
So, feeling good... got some sushi packed for lunch and a 1/2 turkey/spinach wrap for a snack, grapes, 1/2 oz of almonds, yogurt, fresh crookneck squash ( just picked last night!! ) & hummus! So glad to be eating healthy again. Crappy weekend...
I was looking in the cabinets last night and realized that I need to eat up some back stock of foods!! I have several pre-packaged marinated tuna's and stuff... I should only have to get some fresh stuff like yogurt for a couple weeks. Maybe a package of La Tortilla tortillas for tuna wraps... This is all a very good thing because $ is going to be a little tight for a month... Playing 'catch up' on alot of stuff and giving my Mom some cash for her nail tech schooling....
