Good God! I send out the morning absentee email to the company every morning and I started the greeting with... Good Thursday Morning !

Does someone want it to be Friday already?! =D Before I got a slew of emails on it I grabbed the intercom and practically shouted..." Before anyone emails me about my mistake on the absentee report, I KNOW it's really Wednesday.. so don't!" :)

Anyways.... I hit snooze twice (once at 4am, again at 4:30 am...) I finally dragged my sorry a$$ out of bed at 4:40... Packed lunch... sushi YUMM.. and snacks. The MIL's party is tonight at the house. Hot dogs and Hamburgers are the main course with mac salad and coleslaw... desserts galore... I have planned on an open faced tuna on whole wheat tortilla with fresh tomatoes and ff mozzerella melted on top... and to top it off a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich!! :y: If desperate I will pour a Fresca over ice and sip.... I'd really like to sneak a tan in before going home... The hubby needs me to pick up a box of golf balls on my way home too. He is leaving for a weekend of golf with 3 buddies tomorrow after work. I will be without my buddy Thursday night through Sunday afternoon... :'(

I have plenty to do but it will be lonely... Maybe I can catch up on some reading :) The MIL will be out of town as well at her sister's at least Saturday afternoon through Sunday afternoon... That will be a nice break. For both of us I'm sure.

I got a phone call from a fellow CK'er ( :hi: Sherbs!!) last night... not under the best of circumstances but it was great to chat and hear eachother's voices. She is confronted with a medical issue that was caused by human error and I am so sorry that she has to deal with all of it. Hopefully it will work out the least intrusive way and she will heal just fine. What a bunch of crap we have to wade through sometimes.... :kiss:

-Ran 3.5 miles this am :y: (for lack of time, had to keep it short... I don't run as fast as Callie :hi: )
-70 walking lunges w/ weights ( :hi: Trishie) :y:
-100 crunches :y:
-Watered all the flowers and repotted the elderly neighbor's
begonias that he ran over the other day :o :y:
-Dragged all the chairs and card tables out of the basement for MIL's B-day party... :y:
-Gave the paper guy a high five while running by :y: (it's a funny little tradition we have :) )

.... all this before leaving for work at 7:20 am!! I love my life :love:

Off to another fun filled day at the office.... :@
