View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day
So... I'm approaching another weekend full of hope for breaking 150!! It will be fine. Actually I am very much at peace about it because I am working my weekend job all day both Sat and Sun and the only 'event' I have to attend is a picnic for the running club I am a member of on Sunday and there are always PLENTY of healthy choices at their functions...

up a little late

at 5:15 so I squeezed in a 3.5 mile run...

70 walking lunges with weights

flys and curls...

100 crunches...

24 oz of water down...

food logged for the day.. ( I always log first thing in the morning for the entire day?? I notice I must be a strange minority....)
Had the cook out B-Day party for the MIL last night. Of course all went well and alot of people showed up.. The rain held off til 10pm so that was a blessing!! I made my tuna wrap on the sly and didn't even walk over to the food table! Woo Hoo!! I did partake in a narrow slice of blueberry pie which I logged in today because it looks more balanced and it keeps me feeling like I didn't 'make-up' for overeating the day before.... I mean I understand you don't starve yourself the day after a bad day... but surely you can 'juggle' 300 calories within a 24 hour period to keep from going over cal in a 48 hour period... Not to mention that it was homemade blueberry pie from fresh berries and I'm pretty sure the cal. were less than canned blueberry pie filling... enough about that!
Tonight I am hangin' with the Bible Study girls at a street festival... I'm not that big of a 'fair food' kind of gal anymore... the grease makes me sick, so I will treat myself with a big icey Diet Coke I think...
The hubby is gone on a 4 day golf trip... he will be back on Sun afternon hopefully in time to join me for the CRRC picnic... if not, I will not see him til 7pm

I hope he has a great time. His game has been suffering lately and he gets so frustrated with it. I hope that I can convince him to take some time to get a few lessons from one of his teaching pro buddies. I'm sure he's just got a few simple moves he needs to change up. He really is a great golfer.
I like to catch up with friends when the hubby is gone... not that we don't see them together but we like to be home for eachother as much as possible so these next few evenings I have a chance to be out a little later and not worry about my man at home in bed without me

That would be a terrible waste of cuddle time
So I am looking forward to a busy weekend and anticipating catching up with some of 'my girls' that I haven't seen in awhile
I'm talking like it's Friday today!!

I wish!!
Hugs &

~Rebekah
713.5 miles ran (goal 1,000 miles)...
...9400 crunches... in 2006!

I can't believe I almost forgot... Emily is picking up Applebee's grilled shrimp skewer salads and I am fetching iced lattes at Starbucks so we can share our 'luxurious' picnic in the park today! How could I have forgotten?! That's the only reason I showed up to work at all... to take my lunch hour!! he he. I crack myself up!! Cheerio~~
