Good Monday Morning!!

Made it through the weekend without blowing the food plan!! Woo Hoo! Major accomplishment for moi!! =D

The scale doesn't reflect any loss but no gain either... Given the extreme heat and all the H2O I have been chugging I am rather pleased with the no gain aspect. I still feel ahead even though there isn't a real loss showing up....

I spent all Sat & Sun outside in the 94 degrees and 85% humidity so I am sure my hydration level is a little wacky... I kind of felt like I had a head cold last night and a dull headache so I drank some more water and felt better in the am....

Since the weekend job is making long runs impossible right now on Sat or Sun I am going to try to do a long run maybe on Monday mornings... This morning I thought the path I chose was 6 miles or more but somehow I was mistaken and upon investigation I discovered it was only 5.5 miles. Oops. Not a pathetic distance but not a 'long' run either... That's OK, maybe a 3 miler or so tomorrow and a 6-8 miler on Wednesday. It's not the distance I don't like, it's the getting up at 3:30am. ACK!

Tonight the DH and I are meeting at the tanning bed (I know, I know $) ) after work, then heading home to chill and I need to iron quite a bit of laundry... Hope there is a Law&Order marathon on USA tonight :)

:y: ran 5.5 miles in 50 min. (not too quick but I could hardly breathe from the poor air quality and I MUST start carrying H2O)
:y: watered plants in yard
:y: 100 crunches
