Good Tuesday morning!!
Had a sweets incident yesterday morning and then at 1:30 am today but I logged them and adjusted the rest of the day and still stayed within calories so GO me!!
Maybe as I learn to just STOP with a few hundred calories (I know, that is bad enough

) and just keep on movin' instead of 'losing it' I can climb out of this hole...
I have started to rely primarily on WW Points again as of yesterday... It worked great before and then I was enamored by the 'healthier' concept of CK. So I am going to continue to log here but when I am out of points no matter what CK says, I am done eating for the day!!
Having lunch with Emily today!

Usually Thursday is Emily day but she has a work thing that day so we bumped it. I am really looking forward to that soy latte...
I have the new KT Tunstall CD in at my desk and it it awesome!! One of the guys at work has a crazy collection of music and he brings me something new every other day or so to explore....
I got up early enough but really want to work on building some lean muscle... at least the larger muscle groups until the gym opens... So I ran a good 4 miles and then did my lunges and push ups and crunches and then watered the plants.... It takes a solid 30 minutes to go through my 'strength' regime so I am feeling good about that....
I am also staying off the scale until the end of this week. I am usually a daily weigher but after this last several days... (Fri,Sat,Sun) I don't want to deal with it so until we go out of town on Saturday morning... no scale. I will weigh in before we leave town and then again when we get home... I will be able to run where we are going to visit on country roads so I am looking forward to it...
Speaking of nice... it was 73 degrees when I ran this morning! So mucj better than the low 80's that I have been sweating through these past few weeks... High of 84 today. Perfect for lunch on the patio at the coffee shop!
So off we go.... 3.5 days till vacation!!
