I got the Body For Life for Women book last night for a point of reference and it rocks!!
At 5:30 this morning I did 45 min of solid upper body weight exercises out of the book and felt great about it.
I was sweaty and spent and cannot believe how weak I am! :@

I'm going to run every other day 5 miles... I am kind of freaking out about not running every day but I think it will be good for me! :y:

On the days that I feel stressed or energized I will run 3 or 4 miles after work since the weather is allowing it...

BFL is a 12 wk program that can be repeated.... I'm not doing it exactly like the book... but they do limit carbs to non-starchy veggies and only whole grain breads. I'm not traditionally a no carb girl but I can totally try low carb.... They allow a free day but I'm not doing that.... Lord knows what happens when I do that :$...

Tonight I have a 'fore' miler at a fancy schmancy golf club and spa in town... With race registration you got 2 weekend passes to the LPGA tournament this weekend so I really wanted to do that.... Cristie Kerr is running and it is a John Bingham race so he will be there too.... It's a small group and an inaugural run so I am pretty excited about schmoozing ;)

So new schedule....
Mon- cardio (run 5 miles)
Tues- Upper Body 45-60 min.
Wed- cardio
Thur- Lower Body & Abs 45-60 min.
Fri- cardio
Sat- Upper Body
Sun- rest/walk
Mon- cardio
Tues- Lower Body & Abs
ETC....


Did awesome on food yesterday!! We even went out to dinner and I got up at midnight to pee... headed toward the kitchen and literally turned around and went back to bed....
I am ready to do this NoMoYoYo!!

I need to buy an exercise notebook to log my workouts... hmmmm. Lunch break road trip!! :)

PS... OK, speaking of bad music (he he, Monica :hi: ) I am such a sucker for it! I'm actually OK with Paris' new song and HELLO Justin Timberlake! I heart 'Sexy back'. :$ Agreed... Loosen Up My Buttons stinks and Promiscuous is not a fave of mine but it's funny how your tastes change when you listen to the beat... which reminds me I need to take my little CD player home from work to use during my work outs.... :)

he he... I have written NMYY on everything =D around my desk including in sharpie on my water bottle!! This is awesome! I'm with Rev :hi: ... I'm so happy for all of us and what a great concept! So easy and simple and I swear I will think of this phrase FOREVER!!
