Wow! It's Thursday....
That means that I have made it almost 4 solid (count them... 4!!) days of near perfection!! No wonder I am getting worn out!
All this exercise and not enough rest...

Fiber is a little low mainly because I am just trying to empty the pantry and I haven't gone to the grocery in several weeks... so I am low on some of my ol' faithfuls in the fiber department....
Last night we went and hit balls at the driving range which felt awesome on my sore arms and back! Nice and stretching.... and I didn't do as bad as usual!
Then we went to one of my favorite restaurants!!

They have a peel & eat jumbo shrimp appetizer with a dry cajun rub served chilled and with cocktail sauce. Mmmm. Perfect with a side salad!!
I woke up starving!! But I did 60 min of quads, hammies, calves & abs... I am figuring out that I need an hour and a half to do everything I want to but in a pinch an hour is sufficient. I heart calf exercises!! They make me feel so sexy!!

My calves are one of my best features naturally so they show off any changes super quick!
I feel like I should try to do 20-30 minutes of cardio before weights every day but I just don't have the time right now... I have to get up at 4:45 as it is and I can't bear to get up much earlier!
I'll have to settle with stretching the weight work out a bit and cardio every other day.
My girl Katie's birthday is today!!

The hubby and I sent flowers to her work!!

I hope she likes them!!
We are going out to Bucca tomorrow for her celebration.... I am going to have to do some major preparation to get through all that. It's not the self control I am worried about.... it's just guessing what is the best choice. Considering it is going to be super late anyways I may eat before going and only pick 2 or 3 bites off of hubby's plate. I am not blowing my new resolve just because no doubt someone will say something about it. Hubby always defends me!

At least tomorrow is a cardio day... I should def. get 5 miles in!!
Work is ramping up right now... I have an awkward job.. Office Manager/ Gopher.... It's so sporadic

But it's OK pay and no weekends so I'm good with it. It's a nice balance since the hubby's job is 65-75 hrs a week....
