Late Night Romance.... :kiss:

he he.. well, sort of... :$ We rented Basic Instinct II and the DVD kept skipping about 2/3 of the way through so we gave up on it. Holy cow though... that thing was 2 steps away from being a porn with a decent plot. Eeks! anyways... I think that's what led to all the 'romance' =D

We kicked TBS on after giving up on the DVD and Jurassic Park III was on and for some crazy reason we couldn't turn it off :huh:
We stayed up till 1am watching it! It was fun though... I think we felt like we were at a slumber party and getting away with something by staying up till the end of the movie... What a couple of geeks! :D

Work.... argh!! :@

so... I was scheduled 7-3 on Sat and 8-11 on Sun at the garden center... I ended up working 7-4 on Sat and 8-12:30 on Sun... um, the boss is not so organized and apparently doesn't use an alarm clock. I'm not even going to go into this too far. I love her to pieces and she is a good friend but I cannot wait until mid-October when she doesn't need me anymore (end of season)

Stuck to the plan! :clap:

I stayed under net all weekend! I think that's the second time ever.... not really, but def. lately...
I had a bite of coffee cake and that was it. I had the one smallest onion ring off hubby's plate on Sun and that was good enough! I am learning that if I just HAVE to have it, a literal bite will do it! :) It feel great!

New Workout Plan :clap:

It's coming along great! I got through the first week well and I think my runs are getting stronger since I am skipping a day and doing strength training... I took Sunday off exercise but was pretty active all day. This morning's 5 miler felt better than ever. I'm hoping that with some renewed strength I can start at least 2 or 3 nice long runs (8-10 milers) a month when this stupid weekend job is off season...

Pantry is stocked!! :cool:

Thank goodness! I went to the grocery (Marc's, to be specific =D ) and stocked up on decent lunch stuff for a couple weeks... We really needed food! I'm not crazy about Marc's but I can't knock their prices. Their selection isn't the ebst but that just keeps me from impulse buying too much.
Today I have yummy Tuna Creations Sweet & Spicy tuna and sprouts and tomatoes and a Tbsp of Bleu cheese in a pita with a wedge of Laughing Cow light swiss and organic pumpernickel & onion pretzel sticks... YUMM!!

I have missed my 'date' with Em the last 2 weeks so we are getting coffee right after work and chatting for an hour or so... Yippee!! I miss my girl.... it feels like forever and I'm sure we will be talking all over eachother... =D

This week's plan... :y:

Today- ran 5 miles, stretched
Tues- lower body & abs
Wed- run 5 miles
Thurs- upper body
Fri- run 5 miles
Sat- lower body & abs
Sun- OFF!!

Water, water, water....
Keep carbs at CK recommended...

Did I mention that it has been pouring rain for the last hour and a half and shows no sign of stopping?? Damn, I'm glad I ran early and tomorrow is inside weights!! :y:

I'm really beginning to be grateful that I swear off the web on the weekends.... :y:
