Whew! It's Tuesday and I am feeling hungry... ARGH!!

Last night the hubby made stuffed peppers as I scrambled after him to write all the ingredients down... They look & smell heavenly! I am going to have to budget well to have one sometime this week... They are a little over 400 cal. a piece. Damn ground beef. Now I know why I never eat red meat anymore. So calorie dense. ACK!
Work Out Plan
Today was lower body & Abs...
I did -dumbell lunges
-plie dumbell squats
-deadlifts (not so crazy
about those, maybe my
form is off??)
-calf raises
-angled calf raises
-ball crunches
-reverse crunches (OUCH!)
It was about 45 minutes of vigorous work but I always undershoot on the minutes in my diary just to be safe.
Tonight
We have a date at the driving range... always a nice time. The weather should be a little cooler... 80ish.. We had some killer storms come through last night. Tornado sirens at all hours.
The Garden
I haven't checked on our little patch of crops lately so I went out to pick bell peppers for the hubby... Of course the healthiest thing out there is the mini pumpkin vine. It's huge and has pumpkins all over the place. The most unusable plant out there has a bumper crop!
So I am off to another work day... ick.

2:01 pm and I want something I shouldn't have!! It doesn't matter what it is I just crave something with choc in it and I am going to get a cup of coffee RIGHT NOW!!! ARGH! I hate these moments!!
3:10pm ---- I just saw the end of Monica's and thought wow! I was just discussing this very issue with a co-worker. Just this morning I was kind of bummed because there was a major blood drive at Easton but it would take me 40 minutes from work round trip and I didn't know if I would get in & out of the Red Cross in 20 min so I could go over on lunch. Poor me. WTF!? I could have totally told my boss what I intended and I'm sure a few extra minutes would have been fine....
So... in addition to diet/exercise goals I am going to donate blood before the end of Sep and help at least once in Sep with my friend's Special Olympics bowling team.
And after this weekend job is over I need to check out the Big Brother/Big Sister program here.
