Down a half pound since Monday!! Woo Hoo!! I'll take it!

My Night....
Got home... had a frozen berry/ half banana/ vanilla slim fast shake for dinner.... Went to hit a couple of buckets of balls at the driving range. I hit with the hubby's driver a few times and didn't do half bad!! =D
Got home around 7:30 and spent the next hour and a half straightening up the basement. It looks so much better. I was ready to crash when I got done around 10pm and climbed the stairs...
A vendor that Matty buys plants from for work has become a good friend...she called last night. We talked at least 45 minutes so it made the basement stuff go fast, before I knew it I was done!

My 'girl' K :'(
Called me at 10:30... (NO one calls me after 9:30 :o ) So I knew something was up... The serious B-Friend ended things just like that last night... my poor girl. I called her on my way in this morning and she said she is fine.... she sounds sniffly but at least she made it to work fine and is holding up OK :love: We are going to dinner on Friday night. I don't know how you ladies go through all that in the whole 'dating' realm...( :hi: Courtney :( ) I couldn't handle all that excitement and dissapointment all wrapped up in one guy, over and over. It breaks my heart for you....

My morning...
Made it up at 5am and got a good 5 miles in :y: . I have a yummy lunch packed and had my ol' faithful for breakfast... egg beaters & slice of 'veggie' cheese on a light english muffin.... 2 crappy creamers & S&L in my coffee... Mmmmm....JAVA!! :cool:

So happy...
I can't believe I made it through yesterday without blowing it! I went down to the bathroom at midnight and almost headed straight to the kitchen for a piece of the MIL's pumpkin bread... but I stopped and headed right back up the stairs... I got 12 glasses of water in yesterday and no pop!!
I really must get back into a nice pair of jeans. It's almost football party season! ;)

Guess what?!
The blood drive is scheduled for today NOT yesterday!! So I am going after the lunch rush :y: I feel so much better now.

Tonight....
Yard work! I have a few things that need planting and we need to mow ours and the neighbor's yards (elderly neighbor :love: )... Oh! But I am sneaking over to tan and to get Matty a surprise!! I am picking up a 'dorm fridge' for the little barn out back so he can keep his beer out there... he really wants one and Target has them on sale for going back to school...
That's a shame.. I'll have to go to Target. ;)

I almost forgot!! I wanted to make note that I have been gobbling down just 1 shot blok before my 5 milers in the am with 8oz of water and psychological or not I think it helps kick in a little 'pep'. Regardless, I am sticking to this new little regimine. Otherwise I'd rather run on an empty tummy...

ARGH!!
OK< I'm not really :@ing but.... (there's a lesson here..) I just spent an hour waithing at the Blood Donation Site to finally get to the whole medical history part where they stab your finger and only to find out that I am one pt. below the minimum iron level to donate. Pfft!! :P Lesson learned... TAKE THAT DAMN VITAMIN ON YOUR DRESSER!!
I feel like a reject. I wanted an 'I gave blood' sticker! :(
