Whew! I thought I was never going to get to my blog... It's been so crazy this am!
I had to be in line first thing at 7:30 at the Post Office to pick up a certified letter.... which made me late to work inevitably. I couldn't avoid it because the P.O. didn't open till 7:30 and it takes me a half hour to get to work as it is.... Not a big deal. I am usually 15-20 minutes early and I thinkk this is the second time in my brief 10 months here that I have been late at all.
It's a Friday before a long weekend, half the staff took today off and I am leaving early for a Dr appt anyways....
So I have been playing catch up all morning... I hate that. That is why I like to slide in a little early to get a jump on things...
OK... Big News!
Yeah, I got on the scale after my run but I do that alot so I consider it 'consistent'

I needed a good send off for the weekend and I weighed in at 155.5!! That's a 2.5 pound loss for the week!!

I am so happy I can't stand it! Thanks all my NoMo's
I feel great since we crashed at 9pm and I slept through the alarm.... Matty got me up at 5:30... I must have been sleeping like a log

I ran my 5 miles in a decent pace and finally made it in here.
OB-GYN
OK, not my fave. thing to do but I do have my annual appt today and we are going to talk about babies too!! I really love my Dr and he is older so I know I won't have him much longer

He is a fertility expert and although it's certainly not time to attempt anything drastic I want to ask about how much higher my chances of multiple birrths would be on a drug like Chlomid. (sp?) I am the child of an identical twin and soon to be 32. I have no children and tried a little over 18 mo. to conceive during my first marriage... (thank you Lord, that didn't fly.... my family attributes that to divine intervention

)
Matt and I went off the pill after the marathon this spring.
It will be fun, I haven't really talked to the Dr about any of these questions before so we will see what's in store for us.
Go Bucks!
I have to warn you all that if you live in Columbus, Ohio, you are required to enjoy The Ohio State University football season to it's fullest... even if that only means that you live for crisp, fall mornings... big, soft, scarlet & gray hoodies, Friday cookouts at work and the OSU fight song on the radio every 10 minutes! I am not exaggerating, by the way.... oh, and an incredible dislike for the Michigan Wolverines. OK, I'm done.
This Weekend
Amidst working from 7-5 on Sat and 8-noon on Sunday I will be keeping strong on the CK front and enjoying this cool snap... oh, and grabbing some precious time with Monica on Sunday afternoon!

We also plan on running down to Vinton Co. to re-fill the deer feeders at Matt's family farmland where we hunt all winter long... I hate to say I am ready for the cooler weather. I'll get over that the first day it drops below 50 degrees by the way..
784 miles run in 2006... 216 to go!
Have a great holiday weekend!! Love you NoMoYoYo's

WW PTS = 25
11:00am-- I must say that I feel half-way hot in my new jeans and crisp, button up shirt.. (scarlet red for the Buckeyes....

) And, um I think I bought the jeans a size too big but they feel good hanging on my hips so they'll be my extra comfy fall jeans.... my new fave. pair for a cuddly weekend! And, I believe I need a new belt.. a big, thick one for blue jeans and button up shirts!

Good thing there is a TJ Maxx next to the Dr office! hee hee
Today (as Jen would say) is a
good day!!
