Hi everybody! :hi:
It's Sunday and going to be a beautiful day... 72 and sunny :)

I'm off to work here shortly and should only have to stay till noon... Sometimes the boss has other plans... :@ After work I am meeting Matt at Gander Mountain to pick up some stuff for tomorrow. I need new hiking boots. Hmmmm.

I did great yesterday!! So far 14 days of not screwing up. I'm crossing my fingers... every weekend that I get through in one piece is that much closer to goal. 2 weekends almost down and still counting!!
Weekends make or break me. :(

I got up at 6 and made the hubby hashbrowns, eggs and ham. He has a 7:30 tee time. I had my egg beaters and whole grain english muffin. Word of advice... don't over-nuke egg beaters. ACK! :P

Today is officially an 'off' exercise day. I prolly should have run today and took tomorrow off but it felt so good to take it slow this morning. At least the weekend job has me hauling heavy plant carts and water hoses around. It's not terribly hard but it keeps me from sitting around on my 'rest' day. :y:

Tomorrow we are driving the 2.5 hours south to 'the farm'. Matt's family has nearly a hundred acres in southern Ohio. We will fill the 2 deer feeders with corn and check our game cameras. The cameras are so much fun! We get all kinds of pictures of wild life that goes by the camera. (it is motion sensored) We try to drive down at least every other weekend going into hunting season.
I love to just wander off and hike around. It is a great piece of land.

I am hoping to see Monica today! Her weekend looked like a whirlwind!
I'll just snag an hour or so from her! ;)

Woo Hoo! Got to see Monica for a late lunch/ early dinner ?? =D :love: Cosi's!! :love: Monica! I am so glad Matt got to hang with us... now he will remember who I am talking about when I am babbling... =D

Mowed our lawn and the neighbor's so got a few more calories off... good thing because I had the munchies which a 1/2 c of Special K Protein Plus (good stuff :y: ) and half cup of skim milk solved...

Busy day tomorrow... up at 5:30 to run and then off to hike at the farm...
Thank God for 3 day weekends!!

I logged what I packed us for lunch and I know what breakfast will be so I need to throw in a piece of fruit and maybe a laughing cow baby bell and have a small dinner. I have no idea how to log the work we will be doing so I will call it light gardening and go with that. Not that I plan on eating them all back but I know I will burn a healthy amount and if I have to see a total that puts me over net I will freak out. :evil:
