View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day

Got up at 5:30 and ran 5 miles :y:

Showered and dressed for hiking and filling deer feeders :y:

Stopped at Starbuck's for a triple/grande/SF vanilla/non-fat latte = breakfast :y:

Rode 2 hrs in the truck while Matty drove... talked alot and napped a little... :y:

Filled feeders, walked down to the creek.... re-set the game cameras... checked the 'blinds'.... :y:

We ate the picnic I packed... yummy turkey sandwiches and plums and a baby bel cheese and a snack bag of ritz bits peanut butter sandwiches...

Dropped Aunt Connie Longaberger stuff off for the MIL... Uncle John has the horse barn ready for metal. It's awesome! Got to see Badger and John is talking about getting more horses soon :) Jay was home so we got to chat with him too...

I was saving alot of calories for tonight because we were visiting friends for dinner and I had no idea what the plans would end up being. I planned on 1 glass of wine and maybe grilling out??? It ended up being pizza at 8pm and I ate too much :@ But I didn't have any alcohol! I did have a piece of MIL's coffee cake when we got home late :@

ARGH! The good news is that I exercised alot but the bad news is that I went 350 calories over net for the day.... Which was really alot of calories... When I got on the scale in the morning I was another 2 pounds down from Friday :y: but with this evening's little fiasco I prolly leveled out again.

So, no pity partying! Tomorrow will be recovery day and the moving on Wed & Thur for a great weigh-in on Friday!!
