I changed my 'check-in' day to Tuesday. That way all my charts reflect my exact progress starting from today while Matty is away.... Just easier for me mentally to see any change... :)

Last Night I stopped at the grocery on the way home to get frozen mixed berries... The Kroger there has such a great selection of vegetarian/ organic stuff! I finally found that 'Kefir' product I have been hunting for :y: I had some this morning in my smoothie and it tastes fine (like plain, unsweetened yogurt) but I get the impression that it is supposed to pour like milk and this was much thicker than that :huh: The date was 11-06 ?? Oh well, it seems fine. I'm not sure that yogurt can really go bad....

I got home and mowed the front & back lawns at our house and the neighbor's.... I am so glad I got that done. It started raining last night, is still raining and is supposed to continue through tomorrow. They are expecting 1-2" total. As I was mowing around the mini pumpkin vines I had to laugh. OMG. We are going to have bushels of mini pumpkins! =D
'B' and I cleaned out 2 closets and finished sorting the basement stuff, so we got alot accomplished. :y:

This a.m.... I got up and did an hour of lower body & abs... ouch! I have been doing crunches on the floor. I used to always do them on 'the ball' but switching to the floor now and then seems to challenge different muscles.
I went outside to do lunges and squats today in the drizzle. It is so much easier to do them in the driveway vs. the basement.
I had a 'Kefir'/skim milk/frozen berry/flax seed/cinnamon smoothie for breakfast and have guzzled 32 oz of water so far. :cool:
I have a salad with tuna for lunch.

later.... I have Bible Study later which will keep me from 'grazing'. I am really going to use this time away from Matty as well as I can by buckling down and getting some extra running time in the evenings. No alcohol and I should only have to eat out a couple times which won't be bad. Katie & Becky & I are going to Brio Thursday night and there are plenty of good options there.

yikes! My Mom went to her M.D. who has a nutririonist on staff ( they specialize in weight loss) and they did that test for her RMR that you breathe into... forgive my ignorance... I can't remember what it's called :$... anyways her RMR is 1100-1200 cal. :o I had a feeling that mine has always been a little slow as well. This makes me really wonder and I am hoping to get an appt just with the nutritionist. I have heard that those test are fairly accurate. Maybe it will help me stop yo-yoing and I can stop feeling bad for trying to hit CK's 'net' when I know from experience that it is a little too high for me...
I'm very proud of her and I am hoping that with this new knowledge she will have better confidence to stick to her plan.

still missing.... my Matty terribly... He is sounding great and I am relieved about that. I get to go see him in 9 days! I can't believe it sounds so soon! The time is really going to fly! :love:

I found... a jeweler to rhodium dip my ring! The yellow gold is shining through the white and I want to get it all silver and sparkly for when I see Matt again. :kiss:
