Happy Tuesday!!

I am feeling so much better today!
I actually stayed well within calories yesterday and drank all my water.
Then I mowed our lawn and Gene's lawn last night and did some yard work.... Doing yard work is usually a Me & Matty thing and I missed him being there....

I visited with Gene & Marilyn for about an hour... Gene came out to chat when I was mowing and he really shouldn't be doing too much with his heart condition so I shooed him back inside and promised to come in when I was done to visit.

I chatted with Bev (MIL) for awhile when I got back home and then changed the laundry over and climbed the stairs to bed... ahhhhh...

I didn't even move until my alarm went off at 4:30! Matty called (as he does every morning ) at 5:00 and after we chatted a bit I said I better get going.... I ran a really quick 3.5 miles and did some walking lunges and squats in the driveway...
Did I ever mention how invigorating it is to run in 50 degrees!? It was awesome!!

Today is trash day so I carried all that crap down. Gene was teasing that Bev might not like that I blew grass clippings on her newly re-sealed blacktop driveway. Maybe I should sweep some of that off It was dark enough last night (at 8pm ) that I didn't notice....

I have to give TSR a ride home from his 'garage band' practice after work and then on to Bible Study.... maybe squeeze in a tan on the way home???

So I'm off to a much better start this week. I have to get through dinner at Jack & Becky's on Wed and dinner out on Thurs and Hog Roasts on Fri and Sat!! Insane!

I am so bummin' that Monica, Kristen & Jennifer are leaving.... I know it's best for them and I certainly know that my day will come but it's sad to see them go.... wishing you all the best! Much has beem gained from knowing you each!

*** It is noon and they are having fajitas in the coference room which is approximately 12 ft away from my desk. Do you know the smells that hot, fresh fajitas make?? I'm going to be drinking a crap-load of water here in the next hour,,, ****
