Thursday and I am at work till noon.... Then I get to leave and do a little running around before flying out to see MattyI am so ready to go someplace new and explore it with my hubby
Exploring places like... a hotel bed, a hotel bathroom, a hotel pool..
Wait, wait! I better stop..... sorry girls!
As I was saying.... I will be jumping into Matty's arms at a little after 7pm tonight.... Thank goodness!
So today I packed in the morning and didn't do any exercise...

Oh Boy.Happy 'Hump' Day.... as they say. I say Happy 'Almost Matty Day' !! To be precise at this moment approximately 30.5 hours till Matty!!
I am very dissapointed in my eating behavior this week and am ashamed to admit it to Matt. Not like he won't be able to tell
It's not like it's an issue of him being upset at all... it's just that he is such a supporter and I don't want to let him down. He is always rearranging his schedule and life and his own eating habits to accomodate...

It's a little after 9am... which calculates to 58 hours until I see Matty!!Did OK yesterday.... Didn't get enough water in
My body is so sensitive to water that when I don't get enough my eyes are all puffy and my hands and feet are swollen. Blech!I started out to run a couple miles before weights this am but my knee is really mad at me right now
I think it is a combination of old shoes (have I been saying I was getting new ones now for oh, 2 weeks!!

Wow.Crappy Weekend.... It's my own damn fault. I worked for the garden center 12 hours on Saturday and 13 hours on Sunday
I should have known better and it wouldn't have been nearly as bad as it felt if I could have gone home to my own bed both nights and my 'space' and my own empty kitchen.
But I was doing double duty and staying with the younger brothers at night while my parents were out of town. They don't really need a sitter but it is safer having an adult around....
