I'm so bummed
Matty was home this weekend and I knew that it was going to be hard to have the time together that we desperately needed... I worked 6.5 hours at the garden center but it felt like the entire weekend since he was only here from midnight on Friday till 2pm on Sunday.
The OSU/IA pig roast was fun! Great game!!

We only have one more week of being apart and then we will be back to normal ( if you can call it that )

I am trying to get Matt's uncle to help me get his truck out to the repair shop for the service engine soon light. Hopefully I can get that taken care of before he is home on Saturday...

I have stuff to say but work is busy.... I'll be back!

I am a super genius! I just figured out how to make a column in Excel automatically fill in with the answer to the division of 2 other cells! I know there are some Excel wizards out there but I deserve a gold star. hee hee...

I am starving today prolly from eating a little too much this weekend.... and all I can think about is the leftover hawaiian pizza in the fridge at home !

I am so down today... mostly cause I miss my Matty and I feel like I let him down this weekend. He is really good about it. It makes me nervous when he is home. He is so torn about being back. He is happy but he feels like he misses his friends from Jersey that he has seen every day for a month now. We will visit!! I just worry that he isn't completely thrilled to be home. I know it's just hard emotionally and it's nothing to do with me but I hate to see him so conflicted. Matt is such a caring person and caring people take things really hard.

MIL just came up to my desk (those of you who haven't noticed yet... I um, work & live with my mostly darling MIL ) anyways.... she just told me that her 2 sisters are coming to stay the weekend in a couple weekends! That will be nice. They are all darling and it will be great to see 'the girls' hanging out

Matty and I have 2 house/dog sitting stints coming up... One in a couple weeks and one November. They are always a nice break from the 'day in and day out.'

There are so many things that I have been saying that I want to do and not just doing them and I am tired of it. I know that when the weather is nice enough to be outside it is hard to work on things inside but it's starting to cool down and it is time to stay in and get things done.

I really want to do a few things to the bedroom and re-organize my 'closet' situation. I have open shelves now which are fine but I need to get things into drawers.... Maybe Matty will move some things around so I can have one of the big dressers.

I have mail that needs to be filed and old issues of magazines to organize and keep....

I have no decent music on my mp3 player and I am so afraid to tackle that project. There has to be an easier way to get music on that thing... like hand it over to my 15 yr old brother and tell him what I want

Got to finish that Excel file..... I'll be back to rant....

I get to go to the OSU/MN game with Lori!! Woo Hoo!! It's homecoming that weekend. I would much rather go with Matty but it will be super fun!
Lori's hubby works with Matt and they have inventory that weekend so I get to use the hubby's ticket.

I tell you what... if we are still undefeated (knock on wood) and Michigan is undefeated by the time we get to our last regular season game... this city will come unglued. I can't wait

Katie had a good time in FL. this past weekend... She is desperately trying to wrap her head around this relationship with Fl guy. I don't know, maybe she should just take it for what it is and if he makes her happy when they are together and that's all she needs right now then consider it a good thing and be around when she wants to. Apparently that's his take and he's not making any balls about it. If that's def. not what she wants then let it go COMPLETELY. There. Enough Dr. blah,blah,blah for now.....

My cousin is getting married!! Julie is awesome and I am so happy for her!! They are planning on Jan 14th. I hope that is OK with Matty. It should be fine. After muzzle loader season and we'll both have plenty of time off then. It's just a long weekend and tickets to Pensacola aren't bad if I get them early enough. Matt's never been down to meet Mom's whole side of the fam. I am really excited!

OK.... I spent so much time on that Excel file that I haven't touched the bucket of mail and I have to do some credit ref. requests too...
