Happy HUMP Day!! I don't like that much either C- =D

I snuck onto the scale today :$ I know, I know, I broke a new rule for me but I used to always be a daily weigher... it's hard to break old habits!!
Anyways... I really felt that last Friday's weigh-in was ridiculous and was really upset by it! So today I weighed in 2.25 pounds less than last Friday!

I'm right on track for 135 by New Year's if I stay the course!! :y:

Bev brought homemade banana bread into work this morning.... I just have to stay out of the copy room for an hour or so... the rest of the staff will consume it all in short order :)
When I was getting ready for work B. said she was only going to eat a little cereal so she could have a piece once she got in. So if I just ate a light breakfast I could have one.... :@ Seriously... have you looked at the cal. content of banana bread lately? Maybe if I skipped breakfast entirely and split my lunch in half! oh well. This is where you insert smile and say, OK and stay out of the copy room all morning :tongue8:

It's nice since I haven't been eating so much sodium lately and my rings are falling off everyday... I hate feeling like a sausage when I hold water. blech. :@

Running club is tonight on a new trail over by Easton called Alum Creek trail.... Matty has yard work to wrap up before it really gets cold and it is supposed to be the nicest day of the week. Perfect for an evening run of course and perfect for yard work....??? oh, the dilemna!! We'll see. If I get my rear in gear I can make up some mileage on Sat morning before work. :y:

I gotta get some stuff done here but I'll be back...

Oh yeah! I did get up and run my standard fare this am.... a little dragging but got it done! Did some abs too and I think I may just barely see some memory of a flat tummy in the next 3 or 4 weeks!!

Have run 869 miles in 2006!! ....131 to go!

Matty said that I should go ahead and run tonight and he will do the yardwork by himself... :kiss: I am so spoiled it's ridiculous. :$
I hope we aren't out too late so I can rush home to his arms... =D

What the hell?! I must have left my cell phone at home this am!@? I NEVER do that. How funny... I feel SO disconnected... :huh:

I met Emily at the mall coseby and got a hot tea at Starbuck's and we walked quickly from one end to the other, both floors for the better part of an hour.... Em lost 60 pounds on WW/ CK when I lost my 40 but she has only gained back 10 or so... unlike my 15 or so... :$ The coolest thing about E is that we can talk food and exercise and nutrition till we are blue in the face and neither of us care! :cool:
She is heading into a week off with the hubby and debating whether to do 'maintenance' or not.... I don't envy her at the moment... I'm in a decent weight loss zone right now and I wouldn't welcome that kind of interruption. :( Why do boys want to eat such crappy (yummy) stuff? and why do most of them get away with it?? Sons of Biitches :heart2:

oh yeah, when I went out to the car for lunch and to gather up my running clothes for after work I found my phone... :$ tee hee...

4pm.... and I. am. so. sleepy.... :( Must. scrounge. energy. for 6 mile run at 6pm.... :P

4:15pm... Holy Crap! A freak encounter with another tray of banana bread and chocolate cookies in the cafeteria!? :devil7: I looked down on them and said out loud (thank God no one else was there)... "You cookies look like shiit! Just a big pile of shiit!" :angry1: I told them who was boss!!! :thumbu2:

**I love it when I have a yummy dinner planned! Breakfast for dinner anyone?? 2 egg whites scrambled with some fresh parsley, eggplant, onion and black beans sauteed to toss on top... a slice of ff american cheese and a light, whole grain english muffin! I'm drooling already!! :tongue8: Too bad I have to wait till after the darn run!**
