So I made it to Thursday unscathed... It's not so bad... lol... it's only the beginning of winter in Ohio! All you Indian Summer hopefuls... I think you're going to have to give it up this year.

Running in 30 degrees is nearly perfect in my book! Cold enough to wear one long layer and not be too hot at any point. Ears covered, gloves off, and safer because I can wear my reflective vest without sweating my butt off. Which is actually a great concept (the 'sweating my butt off' idea) but never really happens...

Although back in my hubby's wrestling days they practically did sweat their butts off... scary but true. Can you say plastic suit??

Kind of random today...

The weekend is rapidly approaching and promises untold amounts of fun....
Friday night = go to Matty's work and help with their annual physical inventory, which is 100% manual I might add.... yes, stone age.
Sat a.m. = go to Matty's work to continue helping with inventory...
Sat late morning = getting picked up by Lori to go to OSU/MN homecoming game! I am really looking forward to that. OSU home games draw a packed house 105,000 fans. Tailgating galore and fun all around.
Not to mention the Buckeye's are #1
Sat evening = dinner with Mike & Lori to celebrate Matty's B-Day
Sun early a.m. = go down to the farm for a morning of turkey hunting
Sun afternoon = co-worker's house warming party
Sun evening = bowling league

That oughtta keep us occupied....

Today is my brother J and his girlfriend's first year together anniversary!! They are so cute! I texted them to congratulate... I am so happy for J, he is a great guy and I think she is crazy about him... They'll prolly tie the knot next fall I'm guessing...

Matty and I are so close to getting our feet under us financially and I am so excited!! We are going to take it easy for Christmas and buy for only the kids in my family... That will help. My parents totally don't care, just having Matt and I over for Christmas morning thrills them to pieces....

Ooh Ooh! I found 2 more short races that I really want to do coming up! The Reindeer Run ( my 3rd time ) and a Holiday 4 miler on Dec 10th.... I have a 4 miler on Thanksgiving morning too!
