Monday, Oct 30 2006 - Weekend Wrap-Up & Welcome to Monday !!

View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day

Friday night: at Matt's work to help with inventory.... I knew that they would be having food so I stopped and got a quad, venti SF vanilla, skim milk latte for dinner. a) because it was warm and b) because they fill me up c) because we were going to be there late... I didn't eat a bite of food there! It took me over an hour to get there from my work because it was raining cats and dogs and everyone was barely moving.... :angry1: I hate that.... then we went home about 10pm and asleep about 11pm... :eyebrows: Poor Matt was up alot in the night prolly cause of the mocha that I had brought him... Sorry Babe. :(

Saturday: up at 5am to run.... at Matt's work again by 7am after fetching Panera bagels for the staff (which I did not touch! Woo-Hoo!! :y: ) Then Lori and I went to the OSU game! I had only had a latte for breakfast anticipating game food.... We had a BBQ pork sandwich at a tailgate... then a hot dog and soft pretzel at the stadium... 1 beer and a shot of peppermint schnapps in some hot cocoa (lovingly packed in the car :) ) We walked all over campus for a couple of hours and lots of stairs so even though I don't really know how to account for that type of exercise I'm pretty sure that I netted around 1500. Which is higher than every day but was my only high day that week so I'm thrilled! We caught dinner at Outback to celebrate Matty's B-day with Mike & Lori and I had a side salad and a cup of french onion soup... a pretty high sodium day :help:

Sunday: the alarm went off at 3am so we could be in the woods at the farm before sun-up to hunt for turkey... Matty said that I didn't even flinch so he stayed home and we spent the day making breakfast, doing laundry, napping and mowing the yard.... it was awesome! I even snuck in a 5 mile run. :y:
Then we had bowling league at 6pm... did OK. Matt's first 2 games were great. The guy in the lane next to us bowled 10 strikes and then a spare on the 11th frame. That was pretty cool

Monday: Here we are... ready to tackle another week! The sun is shining and we are having a freak day of 60 degrees and sun!! Tomorrow is supposed to be warm but rainy right about trick or treat time :( I'll be out on the porch sipping coffee and hoping to see some cuties. There was the most precious toddler across the street who's Daddy came over with her last year and he hung out awhile and chatted... They were great neighbors. The couple in their house now have 2 young boys. They seem nice too.
Matty and I have a tanning date tonight...
Then home to mow Gene's lawn.

I  that Matty let me sleep in yesterday...
I  my Mom even though she can drive me crazy on occasion! ;)
I  the sunshine that is practically blinding me at this very moment...
I  that the sun is up on my way to work now, thanks to daylight savings....
I  that the only OSU game I've ever been to live is a shut-out 44-0!!

I'll be back.... RM :teeth3:
900 miles ran in 2006! 100 to go!! :rock1:

*2:30- crap! I ate lunch so late that I gobbled down my afternoon snack right along with it! :help: It will prolly be fine. I have a turkey sammich with my name on it waiting at home for dinner. And I have to mow Gene's lawn so that will distract me and allow some popcorn if I am starving later...
Mom and I got a Diet Coke and I went to look at the new carpet at the house. It looks great and they really needed it. Now we need to work on them getting a sofa :laugh5:

Later Dudes! :wave1:
