It's Trick or Treat Tuesday Folks!!
I'm looking forward to getting home ASAP and sitting outside with a steaming cup of coffee and a basket of candy and hoping to get lots of cute goblins
Last night was fairly calm... grilled chicken on romaine lettuce, started a load of laundry, in bed watching TV by 8pm!!
Watched the end of a silly sci fi movie and turned in...
Up this am at 5:10 (oops, a little late eh?) then ran my standard fare, finished that laundry, took the trash to the curb, did some crunches... got to work at 7:25am...
I've been slacking on the weights lately

I don't have time to do any cardio on the same day and I am so addicted to my running that inevitably the weights get crowded out... I should at least knock out 45 min in the basement on the nights that I am home. I need to work on that!
I'm at my desk, listening to Sarah McLaughlin's Mirrorball... trying to focus on work.
Tomorrow is Matty's B-Day! He still hasn't decided on where he wants to go to dinner. I'll have to save some cal. for the ol' B-day dinner.
I'll be back....

I also bring the chair out and hang out and give out candy. Other wise the dog goes crazy everytime the door bell rings. Have a great day.
