Where do I start??
Sat..... Got 6 miles in with the girls

Went home and packed up for the farm and filled up the tank, etc... Picked up Matty and headed down to the 'farm'. Matt worked on sighting in the new scope on my muzzle loader for awhile and then we went over to his Aunt & Uncle's to watch the OSU/ MI game.
WOW
I seriously thought that Matt was going have a heart attack. Just a little bit of suspense there...

Now everyone is rushing to get tickets to the Nat'l Championship game in a stadium that holds 30,000 less than our home stadium! If you don't get your tickets by Thursday this week, it's prolly not going to happen.... No trying for that here. Average package with tickets is starting at $3,000.00 per person.
I'm bummed that I have to take my car in for brakes 2 paychecks before Christmas
on to
Sun.... Got up and into the woods just before dawn but didn't see anything more than a few squirrels and a half dozen turkeys for 4 hours... It was drizzling rain the entire time, but it wasn't too cold so it was a nice morning.
We checked on the feeders and startled up what sounded like a good sized deer and some grouse...
Then we packed up and started home... Chilled out for a couple hours and then went to bowling... I did better last night although it still doesn't amount to much of a score.
So now it's Monday. I have 3.5 miles in and 100 crunches... Clif bar for breakfast (in a hurry) and a giant jug of water on my desk. I am quietly tossing my hat in with Monica on the 100 day challenge starting today and I will be taking my food scale to my Mom's for Thanksgiving dinner. At least it won't be at our house so there won't be any leftovers

I may have to say no dessert just to get through. Sometimes if I allow myself a little piece I fall apart. I think I will take a fun coffee creamer for my dessert.... I saw peppermint mocha the other day. Even 50 calories of that is better than a piece of pie. I
have to do this. I am at my heaviest in 5 years and I'm really starting to feel it in my movements.
So, for the next 100 days I will stay within net, drink at least 60 oz of water and exercise at least 30 min. daily! Starting now, November 20th. Ending Feb 8th. I will allow an extra 300-500 calories one day a week if I really want them. I think that will help cover Turkey day, my B-Day, Christmas, New Years.... I am not a big drinker and will most likely just eliminate that for the time period... I really want this and if I am serious about running St Loo in April I have got to get rid of some of this weight.
OK, enough about that... Must get back to work.... try to add some thoughts later....
939 miles run in 2006...61 miles to go!!
I

that Matty is so supportive of me, no matter how many times I quit.
I

the holidays!!
I

the band 'Blue October' They rock!!
Also... a moment of silence for Rutger's loss this Saturday...

Sorry Dan... I'm here for ya buddy....
4:29... Almost time to go...

I have egg beaters on the menu with some turkey and salsa and some plain Dannon yogurt. MMmmm... I really have to get to the grocery! Tomorrow will be a struggle to figure out. Oh well. So far Day 1 of the 100 day challenge is going well and each day just gets better!
I finally loaded about 25 songs on my MP3!! I am actually really looking forward to my run tomorrow! It's not that I dislike running I just want to hear my new music now!

I think I will try to get up early enough to get 5 miles in

I went to pick up the race packet for the race on Thanksgiving morning and I bought a totally 80's looking mug that says 'I heart running'

I will try to put up a pic of it....
Love you NoMO's!!

I wouldn't mind a rematch, but I know most of the MI fans I've talked to are against it. It was a really well played game all-around. I have to admit I suspected OSU would win, but I'm proud it was as close as it was. Mike Hart and Troy Smith are both really amazing players!

I'm with you for the 100 days lady! I think I will just cut out all alcohol too. Maybe I'll start my 100 over again today, so that we can end at the same time!
