Wow! Day 10 and I haven't blown it yet! I've had a bite of dark choc here and there and a bite of MIL's ridiculously good 'friendship' bread (from those crazy starters your friends give you....) But I have made room for those calories and been great about exercizing!
The jean skirt that I put on today felt good. Not great, but pretty good.

I got up a bit earlier this morning to get a good run in and stop for gas and a B-Day card for a co-worker.

My favorite weather for running!!! Drizzly and 60 degrees. Woo Hoo!! I was totally jamming out to my All American Rejects and My Chemical Romance....Van Halen... and a little Kat Stevens from Harold and Maude. I got a strong 5 miles in today.

Tonight I am putting the Christmas tree up. It is my only chance this week and if I let it go into next week I will hear about it every 5 minutes next week. The MIL has church and the house will be quiet. I'm sure I can rope Matty into helping put ornaments on but I will 'fluff' the tree and let him do whatever till I need help. I think it will be a nice night.

We are having these glorious temps till late tomorrow and then it is supposed to plummet at least 20 degrees. We like our weather in extremes around here. I spose everywhere feels like that. We always think that our little spot in North America is so extraordinary compared to the rest of it. Matter of fact it is prolly pretty predictable that Corinne gets weather that she sends down I-70 to Rev, and Rev sends it straight down I-70 to me See? We all get to share something!

OK, I have never had a busted blood vessel in my eye but I do as of yesterday and now it has spread all across the inner half of my right eye and everyone at work keeps telling me to stop looking at them. Someone please tell me that this will heal up soon

Almost forgot! Lunch time walk at the mall with Emily today!! Get a nice little power walk in and catch up on the weekend with one of my bestest friends

Bummer! I forgot to get my antlers out of the shed to bring to work! Matt brought them home last night!

So..... 962 miles run in 2006.... 38 to go!! I'll let Dan figure that one out... Has anyone seen what a great job of blogging that OBRATS has been doing?

**** Ooh! The MIL handed me her Macy's card with a budget and told me to go shopping for B-Day clothes!! I haven't done that in a long while. I'm kind of scared 'cause I am nowhere near where I want to be to buy new clothes but I could use a pair or two of slacks! It is kind of exciting.
