Hmmmm....

As of today I am at 1005.5 miles run in 2006!! Yippee! Of course this means I have to set a bigger goal for next year!

I started this earlier but all of the sudden I had to ship 3 boxes on Fed-Ex online and apparently we have a shipping manager for no reason. But hey, I thought I was overpaid just to answer the phones?? :angry2:

So I got 8 miles in this morning :y:

and it is in the 40's again with lots of sun!!

I went to an MIT meeting last night. I am so glad that I went! I am sure that they can help me do everything within my power to train for 2 marathons next year and hopefully qualify for Boston! Very cool group of people.

T. & J. went and I am trying to convince J. to run St Louis with me!! I hope so! J. is super fast and it would be so cool to see her blow it away. :y:

Short blog today... sorry

Oh yeah, I stayed under net and ran 8 miles today and 6 miles yesterday and gained 2 pounds! :bang:

Can't give up now. But , man, those kinda stats can blow your resolve!

ABOUT ME...

- I was a Horticulture major at Ohio State...
- I run like a duck...

- I have water skied but never snow skied...
- I have never broken a bone...
- I have had my share of stitches though... :beatup:

- I love, love ,love to read a book from cover to cover in one sitting but haven't done that in years...
- I have the math skills of a 4th grader (like Monica)
- I'm usually a damn good speller

- I get along with just about anyone and if I don't, they would never know it!

1000 miles. WOW! I'm not sure if I'm more impressed that you can run that many miles, or the fact that you can keep track of that many miles! What a great accomplishment though. Congratulations :)
