OK... Busy morning at work because Matty is picking me up at noon and we are headed down to the 'farm' to duck hunt.
His 2 Uncles will be there to double the fun.

They are total fun and think it's so cute that I come down. When it's just Matty & I we don't always sit down and eat lunch but when the Uncles are there we all come in for a picnic about noon and hang out and talk and make up hunting stories. They have some classics that they tell again and again about Sasquatch and the huge buck that got away.... It will be a great time!

I'm off till Tuesday again! Woo Hoo!!

I don't remember if I've complained much about the status of my job lately Hopefully not too much! I have an interview at a retail women's clothing store for an assistant mgr job next week. The proofreading job ( Tori!! ) is still in the wind... the woman just retired so it may be a little while till it goes through the stages.... Yesterday I had a little 'moment' with the boss and a girl who witnessed it said she would have walked out. But that's not me. I'll just hang in there till I have another option.... What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!

I went out after work with a gal I work with another mutual gal friend last night. We had so much fun! I don't really go out with 'the girls' very often and I always wonder why I don't do it more often when we do. We went to half-price happy hour at Applebee's and split a couple appetizers so the bill was less than ten bucks apiece with drinks! Not a bad gig! I think we might try to get together once a month if we can.

I talked to the bro. last night again. He said he didn't mind me calling every night so I felt better about bugging him. He seemed in really good spirits and also not just ready to bring the wife home ASAP and act like everything would be OK. He spoke with her Dr yesterday and tried to be totally honest about his concerns without sounding calloused. I think he felt better after talking to the Dr.
He is headed back up to her parents to see his boys on Friday. We will miss him but hopefully will see him on his way back down! I can't thank you all enough for your prayers. I told my Mom how wonderful it felt to have so many of you praying and her eyes teared up a little.

I better get back to the tasks on my desk since I have a short day today.
