Ha ha... It's strange, but true and I hate to set myself up for a fall by getting too excited about it but I feel pretty close to normal today!

I don't feel nauseous or overheated (that could just be on account of the 10-20 below wind chill forecast today

) But I am feeling pretty good. I got a great night's sleep and I feel rested. It's amazing how much you notice when you feel good after you haven't felt good for so long. I am just blessed to be an incredibly healthy person most of the time.
I am anxious to start running/walking a little soon. Maybe this weekend when we may hit 20 degrees
I stopped to get gas this morning and in my hurry (oh, and the fact that I was on the phone with my Mom... ) I left my debit card on top of the pump. I realized that I didn't have my card so I swung back in and saw it. Talk about lucky... I'm such an idiot sometimes...
Matty went out and started my car for me this morning and reminded me to put a blanket in it. I need to stop this afternoon and check all the fluids too. I call it the blueberry tank because it's such a trooper. It's a 1987 Nissan Sentra and actually isn't in too bad of shape. As much as I like to drool over a new Subaru Outback I can hang onto Ol' Blueberry a while longer...
Bible Study is tonight and the other two gals are teachers... They have had yesterday and today off due to the extreme cold so I am hoping that they can meet an hour or so earlier than usual tonight. It will prolly work out. I'm waiting for T to call me back...
Tomorrow night I am taking my 16 yr old brother and a friend to the Blue October concert. I know it will be fun, I love that band. I'm just not looking forward to being out late or it being super loud. I told them both that if I am not feeling well, we may have to leave early. They don't mind.
We went next door last night with the ultrasound pictures to the 80 yr old neighbors... to 'introduce' them to their new neighbor.

They were very happy for us and I am so hoping that we will be blessed with their presence in the coming years to Eggbert(a) can bring joy to them as they do to us so often. They have lived next door to Matty's family for over 40 years. Pretty amazing. I

our neighborhood. It is starting to go through changes in people more and more often but all in all there are some great people there.
I handed my letter of resignation in yesterday afternoon. It went very well and I think it produced a feeling of relief on both sides... Relief for me because it was finally done and relief for our Pres. because he is under major budget restraints right now. For every person who finds a good opportunity on thier own he doesn't have to decide to keep or let go. At first I was really questioning if this was the right decision because the money isn't any different but I am getting excited about a much more challenging job and at a faster pace. It will be a good thing. My last day here is Fri, Feb 16th. That first week will prolly be touch and go as far as blogging and such but I will figure it out as soon as I can.
I better get back to work! Eggbert says hi

Scott. that was so odd when Matty worked in NJ for the month of Sep. No pumping your own fuel. Man, does that take alot more time!

Oh, the joys of being able to pump your own gas. In NJ, we just have to make sure the attendant puts the gas cap back on. I would much rather pump my own gas though. It's a heck of a lot quicker. Good luck with the new job and I wish you all the best with Eggbert

Phew!!! I always hated the feeling before turning in a resignation... but usually it always turns out to be just fine. Yeah...for feeling better. Brrrr it sure is cold where you are. It was 27 here this morning and I doubt seriously that we will see anything lower than that the rest of this season.... at least that is what Punxsutawney Phil said
Hope you have a great day. :Hi: to Matt and Eggbert!!

So glad to hear you are feeling better - it does take a while for our bodies to adjust to all these new hormones. And the forgetfulness.... yeah, that doesn't get any better. I keep trying to put the milk back into the pantry - that's my fav. these days. Brian says "uh, honey, what are you doing?!" Hehe.... gotta love the preggo brain
