Quick entry…. I think I found a dress at Mimi-Maternity. Too cute! Of course I have to go try it on tonight. That might be a disaster. :@ http://www.mimimaternity.com/Product.asp?category_Name=Special+Occasion&category_Id=3029&product_Id=52543029&MasterCategory_Id=3

I hope it fits ok. I really like it! I may try to find a cute top to wear with black slacks to the party on Friday night. I will need a cute dress and a cute top anyway for the few dressy occasions these next 5 months… 5 months!! Can you believe that I am 4 months preggo already?! On one hand the time flies and on the other it moves so slowly…

My darling MIL insisted that I take $20.00 towards my new dress. I hate taking money from others (other than my hubby, ha ha :laugh5: ) but she would have left it in various locations until I just kept it so it wouldn’t get lost. Very sweet of her. As much as I worry about the future of the house and what she will need in the way of care, we make a good little family, the 3, and soon to be 4 of us.

Speaking of MIL… she made her famous pumpkin bread last night. Not exactly the chocolate chip laden delicacy that Trishie’s Mom makes but it’s simple and yummy and I have a slice for a snack later in my lunch cooler. Yummy.

Matty plugged away at the Baby room last night and is making more and more progress. Someday soon. :y:

I made spaghetti and meat sauce with some of the venison in the freezer. It was really good. I dressed up the sauce with lots of onions, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, garlic and ground venison. Then I just used a tomato & basil sauce from Kroger. You gotta love those ‘10 for $10.00’ sales at Kroger’s. $1.00 for a jar of spaghetti sauce!

Matty and I are trying to eat at home more and adjust our spending habits by doing so. I think it has really helped. It seems like a lot out of pocket at first because I try to buy for a week but in the long run it is helping. Not to mention that cooking has been a blast! I used to cook dinner all the time but it’s been a few years…

On the subject of cooking I am now a Food Network addict ( :hi: Tori! ) Last night I watched one of their new programs. It’s like ‘Biography’ but the call it ‘Chefography’. Last night was Sandra Lee from Semi-Homemade Cooking. What an amazing story. Just goes to show you that you never know what hardships every single person you encounter every day has gone through or is going through. What a great story she has and what an incredible person she is to give back so much. If you get time, you should check out that show.

I better get back to work. Should have officially started 16 minutes ago. :)
Hugs, Becka

Ok, I guess this entry wasn't so short.. LOL :)
OH! AND I NEED HELP WITH A QUESTION!! I AM USUALLY AN AVID TANNING BED WORSHIPPER (I KNOW, I KNOW... ) ANYWAYS, ABSOLUTELY NOT TANNING WITH EGGY INSIDE BUT WAS LOOKING INTO THAT MYSTIC TAN SPRAY JUST FOR THIS WEEKEND. IT LASTS ABOUT 3-7 DAYS. IT IS A DYE DERIVED FROM BEETS AND I CANNOT FIND ANY PRECAUTIONS AGAINST USING IT. IT IS ACTUALLY SUGGESTED FOR SOON TO BE MOMMIES... ON THE OTHER HAND, IF ANY OF YOU HAVE HEARD ANYTHING I WANT TO KNOW. THANKS ALL!!

The dress is adorable. Don't know about the tanning stuff. My daughter [ChristineGR -on CK] uses the tanning sprays - she may know. I don't think she used them when she was pregnant. Hope you have a great evening!

 the dress very cute.. and a great sale price.. I use Mystic tan all the time throughout the summer.. Not a pigment in my skin to ever produce a tan naturally... It looks good.. as long as you take your time to rub off the excess.. It will last a week or more.. It is all natural products, but right after the spraying is over there is a lot of it in the air of the booth.. It's hard to not inhale it..and it tastes nasty. Not sure if it would be too good for Eggie.... How about a good moisturizer with tint.. I use this Dove brand one that gives a very natural hint of color without streaking. Because it's a moisturizer you can rub it in really good.. The tinted moisturizers are way better then the tanning creams... I have used many over the years and this Dove one is the most natural one I have ever found.. At least I think it's made by Dove.. I can check the name tonight if your interested... The color will show up in about 3 hours... Use it 2 times then you have a very healthy glow...

Happy hump day momma! I would stay away from any tanning type products right now. That is just MY opinion. I was told not to even use self tanning lotions...Don't know what the basis was but I stayed away from them. You are glowing anyway my

I can't wait to see the dress. Checking that out next! :bigeyes3: I saw the Chefography of Sandra Lee last night too. You are right. You never know what folks have lived through and she is pretty dam amazing!
