Happy Friday C!!
I can't believe I made it this far this week.
Matty said that I was breathing so deep last night and I told him I know I didn't move an inch until the alarm went off this morning and usually I am stumbling down the stairs several times to pee.

I have leftovers to nuke from dinner last night... There is something I love about leftovers. They are warm and the flavors are all melded together from a slumber party in the fridge the night before.Thank goodness Matty doesn't mind leftovers either. Cause that's what he packed today.
Tonight I am making my Mom's 'Meatball Stew' recipe. She has made it for years although I have no idea where it originated from. It's great after a slumber party in the fridge too.

Right off the bat I was slammed this morning... Of course this was after I came into work amidst a monsoon and got slightly drenched on my way into the building... Umbrella, you ask??? Wow, do I have original titles or what ?!
Talk about sleepy yesterday... I stopped at the grocery on my way home and gathered up groceries for dinners this week and then I scooted home for steaks and salad and baked potatoes. Yummy! Matty grilled the steaks. He has the magic touch with his marinades and grilling technique. Plus it goes so much faster when I just have to saute some 'shrooms and throw a salad together and nuke the taters. At work I could barely stay awake after 3:00 so ...

So it is the start of week 4 at the new job... Do you think it took long enough to get back to ya'll?? Well, you can thank Matty, who asked me this weekend if I would start my blog back up because he missed it.
I don't even know where to begin... We are in week 15 of 'cooking' Eggbert(a) and feeling pretty good. My next appt is March 23rd and I am hoping they make an appt. for an ultrasound then!! At the next ultrasound we should be able to see whether we're having an Eggbert or Eggb...
