View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day
Dear You,
My big fat swollen feet went down a little last night. They are still tender to walk on.

Matty made sure I was all propped up as well as possible in bed. I have got to get this under control. This morning I brought my giant insulated Ohio State mug in and my goal is to drink at least 3 of them down. I think it holds around 44 oz.
If I could shed this water off before my Dr. appt. next Friday I will be very happy. Gonna have to keep up the water with the car rides this weekend. What is it about traveling that makes you hold water? Poor Matty. I have to pee every 20 min as it is
.
I am hoping to get home directly after work and iron and pack for the weekend so I wont have to worry about it later. I need to water all the pots around the house well too. Since I have been working late all week Matty has kept up on all the watering God bless him. Hopefully the MIL can keep up some of it while we are gone
We have green tomatoes!! The beans are still looking desperate but my Mom assures me that they will come out of it if we cool off and get some good rain. Our only chance at rainfall for the next 7-10 days is tonight. I sure hope so!
I have a class at work this morning so I better scoot! Love and Hugs

I was gonna say the same thing Tory did...put a box under your desk...you really don't need to have your feet hanging down...the summer heat isn't helping...but you are smart for drinking lots and lots of water! Hang in there, I can't believe it's only 10 weeks away! WOW!

poor Matty? You're the one who's holding a baby, like 20 lbs of extra water and having to pee! Silly!

My feet were so swollen w/ my second child that on one Sunday at church I wore a sun dress and slippers. It was so embarrassing but it was all I could fit on my feet

How about cranberry juice and asparagus - they are both good flushers! Oh, poor puffy Becka!

Sorry to hear about the puffy feet. See if you can find a box to put under your desk to elevate your feet with your legs straight. I would tell you to lay on the floor with your feet up on your chair, but you're at the point where you ought not be laying on your back.
:( Hope everything gets flushed outta there soon. Enjoy your long weekend.
