It’s a new day! I was well under calories yesterday. I weighed in a little up from my lowest last week but not back over my start weight the week before so I am happy!
I woke up at 3:30 this morning a little frantic. I do that a lot when Matthew happens to grace his Momma with 5 or 6 hours of sleep. It’s a wonderful thing and he would slumber longer if I didn’t have to wake him up and feed him before we go to Granny’s. But when I first wake up and realize he is still sleeping away it startles me and I have to go peek at him. :inlove:

I feel like I live in Seattle today… well minus the fabulous flora and fauna and the laid back attitude. It is pouring cats and dogs and there doesn’t seem to be an end in sight. My poor parents moved all day and night in the rain yesterday and I didn’t help at all. I suck. But I am so torn about doing too much with the baby at least for another month and he was so good last night. He visited with Gramma and Aunt Katie and Daddy and was such a happy little boy. Aunt Katie brought him the CUTEST stuffed giraffe. He has lots of giraffes in his room and it is a really plush, soft and fluffy friend. It is 3 or 4 times bigger than he is and I think he will love it.

Poor Matt had to mow the lawn in the rain. He is the best Daddy/Hubby ever. It is nice getting up a little earlier together in the mornings. We have a little bit of time to get ready for the day in peace and quiet and it is nice just to be together.

I better scoot… Lots to do at work.
