Annoying as it may be to me and you, I am going to continue to number the days of my journey this time around to remind me of how far I have gotten along the way...
We had a nice breakfast with Matt's Aunt and Uncle. I love B-fast places now. So fresh and lively! An egg beater omelet with tomato, spinach and feta, a small cup of fruit and an english muffin, how awesome is that! And my awesome husband ordered right after me and said, I'll take my omelet exactly like hers.

My GF Emily is an awesome dancer and great support (she and I lost 40 pounds together on WW several years ago) We have both gained some back, me much more than her but it is so great to have her on my 'team'. She is such a support and we share healthy secrets and calorie tricks all the time. She just found out that she most likely has a stress fracture in her foot and is devastated. Poor thing.

It's hard to think of losing weight when you can't do any cardio for awhile.

We had a nice Sunday and after B-fast made our weekly trip to Target and Home Depot.

Always something to improve around here...
