Matty's GF... Maddy is ten days older than him.

Is it Monday again?? Darn! I was just getting used to the weekend.

We had a nice weekend, really. On Sat. I went to Target and Old Navy and got a latte with Emily and Mary. I had a ‘pistachio biscotti’ at Cup O Joe’s and it was soooo good. I actually found one in the system to log but I have no idea how accurate it will be. It seemed on the high end for a biscotti so I’m thinking that will be okay. It was really good though, so I found a new treat.

I got a few other things done around the house on Sat. All of Matty’s bedding and clothes washed, dried and folded… We lowered his crib mattress. He isn’t really climbing up yet but it will happen soon enough.

Sunday we met my family for breakfast early. It went really well. I had my egg beater omelet with spinach and mushrooms. Yum, yum.

After that Matt and I and Jeremy and his GF went over to Whole Foods to knock around a few minutes. That place is unbelievable. So cool.

Then we went home, Matt basted a spiral sliced ham in the oven and I made pasta salad and asparagus and MIL made homemade rolls. It was yummy. Then I had a little ham, a little pasta salad and half a roll for dinner again. So I stayed well within calories but I had my fair share of carbs yesterday.

The big news… Matty is crawling! He has been trying for at least a month now, it seems like but yesterday he really took off. It is so cute.

10:54 I want to munch! I have been chomping gum since 10:00... I think I will go get a small cup of that lava that they call coffee around here. It's pretty bad. That will be a good distraction from food.
