Matty's new play yard... he loves it!

180.5. That is fantastic and yet I am being cautious. I ended up too far under calories yesterday so I may find that ½ pound again tomorrow.
Today is Hump Day (hi C ) and by now I needed ‘latte therapy’ so I stopped this morning. Nothing like a skinny latte to brighten your perspective on the day.

I get to pick up my slacks today at the tailor! My Mom got me three pair of slacks at Coldwater Creek for ten bucks each that look really nice on but they didn’t have talls so I dropped them off to have the hems let out completely. The lady laughed at me and said usually people want them taken up. I’m not crazy tall but I also cannot stand for my pants to be above my shoes. Ick!

Matt and I got something done in the basement last night! I know, we rock. Hehehe.
Tonight we will tackle the closet upstairs that became a catch-all when we remodeled before the baby was born. I have been saving a Mike's light lemonade for a special occassion so I believe this may the most appropriate time for some alcohol. MIL wants to take some things to Kentucky when she goes next week so we need to get up there and get them out asap or else they will be sitting here another year or so.

I thought about the day off I am taking next Friday when I heard the weather today... 55 and sunny!! Then I told Matt (for like the hundredth time) ... did I tell you that Emily is taking the 4th off too so we can play with Boo?? I hope we have great weather... we might get to the zoo.

Matt told me last night that it's not fair that I get to see Emily (my best friend) every weekend and he doesn't. He said he's having Emily withdrawals. I'm so glad that he loves her almost as much as I do. He really thinks she is the best, he cracks me up. It makes me all teary with joy that I am married to such a compassionate and caring guy and he can be so darned protective... My first marriage I hardly saw Emily and I don't blame her.

Matt’s work is really overwhelming right now. I feel so bad for him. The one thing I have to say about my job is that even if I think it is a little boring, there is plenty of busy work to pass the day and I come in, do my job and get to go home at the same time every day. Not really too much stress either.

Better go… work to do…
