This week is already so busy that I am dreading it. :sad3:

Last night we went to a friends and Matt helped plant 3 trees for them. We had talked about ordering dinner but it was getting later and later and I finally decided just to take the baby home and tuck him in. I whipped up some spaghetti sauce and cheese tortellini and it was so yummy! I ate another half serving more than I had planned but it will be okay.

11:27 - NEW GOALS! 175 pounds solid by Jeremy's wedding a week from this Friday (that's a 1.5 pound loss) :cool6: and 170 by the Memorial Tournament. (4 weeks exactly from the wedding) :cool:
If I don't get to 170 by then my punishment will be no :nono1: sharing a beer and yummy 'sammy' with my hubby. And believe me, that is about to break my heart just thinking about it so that is great motivation!!!!!!

Other new plan :y:.. now that it is spring, I will eat a quick dinner on my own and not worry about eating with MIL, unless we are planning on grilling out or something ahead of time. I am really a 'front loading' eater. Eat most of my food before 2 p.m. and then an early small dinner at 4 or 5 and I'm good to go! I only wait to eat because of the social pressure but then I get too hungry and screw up. But once the weather breaks Matt will be in the yard till dark and he doesn't care about a big deal at dinner so it is easier to sneak out of the traditional meal.

I do better when I eat more in the early afternoon and then lay off. :y: I second the new plan! :kiss:

That was much better than if you had ordered out, so good for you. Based on your success so far, I don't think you're going to have any trouble meeting those short term goals -- good for you!
