I'm blogging early to get a jump start on the week!

It is going to be a crazy one for sure. Work as usual and then my brother's rehearsal dinner is on Thursday night and the wedding is on Friday night. Two good things about that... 1) It is in town and 2) It won't take up any part of the weekend. Of course I will be over at Mom's I'm sure quite a bit during the whole hoopla because my cousins are coming in and my aunt and my grandma all from Pensacola and Gulf Shores area. I am very excited to see them! It will be the first time that I have seen them since my uncle died around the holidays though so it will be odd without him sitting on the couch watching Fox News over and over...

My brother who is in Cos. school cut about 3" off my hair today. I was so sure that I liked it pretty long and then last night as I was getting ready for the bachelorette dinner I was like, oh my god, my hair sucks! It will be much better for summer just off my shoulder. Ahhhh.
I am trying to catch up laundry before the week starts so I am blogging while I wait for the baby load to dry.
My bestest buddy was out of town this weekend and that sucked but I hope she had a nice couple of days away from everything. I know that she needed it.
I have stayed on the plan now for 37 days straight! I cannot believe that in 37 days I have not gone more than 100 cal over and that was only a handful of times! I know I might lose a little faster if I drop below 1500 but I am plenty full and I am still losing steadily and I don't want to train my body to live on less because in the past that has backfired into huge binges and way too much gain when I went off the deep end. Eating any less right now is just not realistic for me. Honestly 1500 is so manageable that I could pretty much contentedly maintain that at least on weekdays forever even after I hit goal weight. It was really Emily's idea and I think it was a great one. I may have to knock it down 100 or so when I get closer to goal weight but it's a lot easier to go from 1500 to 1200 that from 1200 to 1000. Okay, enough blah, blah, yada, yada, yada.
I almost forgot. Running group was Sat. again. It was an easy week, only 3 miles. Since it was a high probability that many in the group would not show up for a 3 miler we decided to meet at 2 separate parks. One closer to me and one closer to Brandon. I convinced a guy at work who really wants to do this but hasn't made it to a group run that this would be a good weekend to jump in. Poor guy had a rough time and almost lost his cookies at about a mile. I ended up walking alot and I am not always a big fan of staying back with slower people, you need to push yourself in running but I figured I could sacrifice a little time for him. I don't know if he will stick to it. I hope that getting sick thing isn't a regular thing because that's icky.

Actually, I told him to go to his GP as soon as possible too.
