So .... drumroll please... HAPPY MOTHER's DAY !!! 
I got on the scale after my run and finally lost that pound.
I'm gonna act like it's an official weigh in. So that means I broke 170!! It may be back by the morning but I don't care. I saw it with my own eyes. 
I'm going back to bed.
